THE PROJECTS SUPPORTED BY LEDIB ARE BEING SUCCESFULLY IMPLEMENTED

Press conference was organized in PalilulaMunicipality and the occasion was the realization of developmental projects supported by LEDIB. About the significance of the projects for PalilulaMunicipality, other current activities spoke PhD Igor Novakovic, president of the Municipality of Palilula, Boban Mikic, municipal coordinator of LEDIB programme and member of Council of Palilula Municipality, Milan Nikolic and Ljubisa Jakovljevic, project managers.

Project `Forming Project centre of Palilula Municipality` provided the services to SMEEs sector that is active at Palilula territory in the sphere of strategic planning and application, project management with already existing EU funds and other foreign and domestic investors whose resources were dedicated to the development of SMEEs sector. The Center is situated in Vojvode Putnika street, no 8. The services that will be provided by SMEEs sector by Project Centre follow new trends in business and will help economical subjects to improve their businesses. Also, over the help in making and creating strategic documents and application with the funds, more resources that are necessary for the development and business improvement will be more available to SMEEs sector.

The significance of the other project: "Establishing a synergistic dialogue between Serbian and Bulgarian entrepreneurs / SMEs and professional organizations to develop a sustainable exchange of experience" is characterized with successful promotion of SMEEs sector from Palilula at EU market as well as in the possibility of establishing business contacts and experience exchange with number of potential partners abroad. In this way the possibilities for certain new business arrangements and developing of technical cooperation will be available, which will result in increasing profitability of the whole SMEE sector active in Palilula.

Within this project, the training for the entrepreneurs on the theme `How to do business with EU?` was organized.

Programme of local economical development at the Balkans –LEDIB of Denmark has for its objective the support to economical development with the focus to SMEEs sector development.
